NADCAO Advice Office Database Managemement System Report.  Community advice offices in the rural areas are by their nature small and remote. This has a number of unfortunate implications for their development. They tend to be overlooked in favour of more urban communities which cheaper and easier to support. Deployment of services and infrastructure is prioritised for urban areas because they offer better of scale and higher profitability.
