The administrative infrastructure of NADCAO is hosted by the Black Sash Trust.  The Black Sash is one of 8 organizations that make up the Alliance. The National Coordinator and Administrator manage the Nadcao administrative processes, programmatic activities and costs.

It is envisaged that the permanent secretariat, while still operating under the auspices of the Black Sash, will develop its own institutional identity and eventually occupy its own office space.  Black Sash is subcontracted by NADCAO to host the secretariat and its support the day-day activities.
