At a meeting held in Cape Town in June 2007, NADCAO members resolved to expand the alliance by inviting other interested stakeholders to join the forum. Due to funding constraints, it is recognised that not all advice offices can participate in NADCAO meetings, but efforts will be made to hold consultations with advice office staff and paralegals in all provinces at least once a year.

In addition, membership organisations that represent paralegals as well as other NGOs that work within the sector have been invited to participate in an extended working group of NADCAO in October 2007.
